Mandarin Marmalade with Whiskey




This marmalade is made with NZ grown gold nuggets, they make a slightly gentler marmalade than a traditional citrus style, and the addition of the whiskey just gives it abit of a kick. Just gorgeous on muffins, crumpets, toasted crusty white sourdough or Vogel’s………perfect to start the day with and of course no preservatives, only made in small batches as always.
