This Curd has been made weekly in the Moutere for at least 20 yrs now, its an all time favourite and without doubt one of the best available. In the Summer swirl through beaten cream and spoon over fresh berries, or blend with crème fraiche and fill mini pastry cases for a simple dessert, otherwise simply pile generous spoonfuls over ice-cream and remember it is only available at our store in the Moutere village or right here.
